Alisa Evans is founder and CEO of Mission Enrollment, a Certified B Corporation that advances equitable access to high-quality K-12 independent education. Founded in 2018, the company partners with more than 140 schools nationwide to deliver fair, transparent financial aid through tailored programs, expert training, and outsourced application review. Alisa has devoted more than 25 years to helping independent schools and higher education strengthen financial sustainability and expand access. A frequent national speaker on financial aid trends and best practices, she serves as trustee and treasurer on two independent school boards. She lives in Southern California with her husband and two kiddos.
Mission-driven companies are often told they must choose between doing good and growing fast. Mission Enrollment’s story shows that the two can work together. Mission Enrollment began with a clear and deeply human “why,” translated that why into everyday business practices, and used growth to expand its impact. Through three practical lessons, attendees will learn how purpose can shape strategy, strengthen culture, create customer value, and become a powerful engine for sustainable growth.
