Danny Walsh

Danny Walsh is founder of Peak State Coffee, maker of what it calls the healthiest coffee on and for the planet: high-quality, sustainably grown, fair trade coffee infused with functional mushrooms like lion's mane, reishi, chaga, and cordyceps through a patented whole-bean process. An outdoor athlete and Northeastern graduate, he healed his own stress-aggravated gut issues through diet and foraged chaga while working in environmental conservation - the spark for Peak State, founded in 2020 in Boulder. The company won Naturally Boulder's 2023 Pitch Slam and People's Choice awards and roasts with Ampersand Coffee Roasters.
