Douglas Carter is the Founder and CEO of Hexxco, Inc., a New Jersey-based clean energy infrastructure company focused on building localized green hydrogen fueling hubs for commercial fleets. A lifelong entrepreneur, Douglas has over 30 years of experience founding, growing, and successfully exiting technology companies. Today, he is leading Hexxco's mission to accelerate the transition to zero-emission transportation by combining renewable energy, hydrogen production, ammonia-based transport, and on-site fleet refueling into a scalable infrastructure model. He is passionate about developing practical, commercially viable clean energy solutions that strengthen energy independence while reducing emissions.
