For over 15 years she has seen the power of entrepreneurship in creating positive impact in disinvested communities. In her role as CEO of WeavingImpact, whose mission is to reduce the racial wealth gap in cities across the US, Pamela is committed to supporting local partners to help entrepreneurs create, build and sustain social enterprises that solve challenges in their neighborhoods. Prior to WeavingImpact Pamela joined Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship, where she worked for over nine years, after having a full career in the technology industry.
